Ridgeform takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page summarises how we handle personal data. The legally authoritative version is the Dutch Privacybeleid, written to comply with the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG / GDPR).

What we collect
- Contact form / email correspondence — name, email, phone (if given), message content. Used to respond to your inquiry and for any subsequent collaboration.
- Server logs — IP address, time of visit, requested page, browser type, referring URL. Used for security and troubleshooting.
- Client administration — name, company, address, KvK number, IBAN, invoice and payment data. Used for contract execution and statutory record-keeping (art. 52 AWR).
Cookies & trackers
ridgeform.nl and ridgeform.dev use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Only strictly necessary functional cookies are placed, for which Dutch Telecommunications Act art. 11.7a lid 3 does not require consent. See Cookies for the complete list.
Fonts
All web fonts are served from our own infrastructure. Your IP address is not shared with Google Fonts or any other external font provider.
Recipients
We share personal data only with: Hostinger International Ltd. (EU/Lithuania) for hosting; SIDN (NL) for .nl domain registration; our bookkeeping software / accountant for statutory administration; and government bodies where legally required. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ridgeform.nl. We respond within four (4) weeks. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The most recent version is always available at ridgeform.dev/privacy with the date of last revision shown at the top.
